At Bin Kashif Collection, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at HelpDesk@Binkashifcollection.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or colour, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at HelpDesk@Binkashifcollection.com with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
